Their manager sexually assaulted an employee in front of witnesses in October 2019, and the company's response was to terminate the victim instead of the manager responsible. The victim was scolded for calling the police, which resulted in the arrest of the manager, instead of letting them handle it internally (note: they terminated her employment before the police were called). It's well known the manager is a friend of the family that runs the wreath company, and there's little doubt they're trying to protect him. They told the victim her actions reflect badly on their business. WRONG! What reflects badly on their business is how poorly they handled it! Menard's is their biggest buyer of wreaths, and we will be boycotting Menard's as a result!
