This message is for Eric Gay, manager of Douglas Co.Ga. State Probation Dept. . You have a man by the name of James Harold Campbell on probation in D.C.for the next 8 years... He has only reported 2 times to probation since his release from the state prison system in May. No reporting, no fine nor restitution paid and he was released in May.
