Accident Reconstructions. Instruct basic, intermediate and advanced classes of motor vehicle crash investigation / reconstruction. Adjunct instructor for IPTM (Institute of Police Technology and Management) at the University of North Florida since 1996. I have taught in 32 States in the US, and classes in Pago Pago (American Samoa), Germany and Puerto Rico. I worked for Barnett Forensic Service, Noblesville Indiana for over 23 years as his senior Reconstructionist. I still work part time in the summer for Gary Barnett while I'm in Indiana. Retired for law enforcement with 30 years of service. Retired from the Indianapolis Police Department in 2004. I spent the last 20 years in the Accident Investigation Section.
