Great Company-They are very helpful, friendly and quick. They follow the Florida Statutes.The Mangers are not overloaded with Properties, they are not 1099 employees, they do not have to pay for there own gas and phones. So the Employees are happy and do a better job knowing they have health Insurance unlike the other Companies who overload and underpay their managers. They have a good team of professional people and the maintenance men are not contracted. The vendors are all insured and licensed. You have a choice which is nice. They dont claim to have a broker or cpa or lawyer on staff when they dont. Its an honest group who keep our Board of Directors Happy. Thank you A R Staff
