My name is David and I am the Office Manager at Garner Physical Therapy and would like to warn every person considering this company to please take a step back and realize what you are considering. At the time we signed up this software has an intial cost of over $25000.....I would have hoped that at that price all the issues to follow would have never occured. Or at least you would think they wouldnt occur if the system was being touted as the Cadillac of billing systems. First off they have the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced, headed by A very unprofessional Manager named Sean. With him at the helm I doubt that anything will ever imporve in that department due to his sincere unprofessional attitude. But aside from his delinquincies in customer service, the main thing that I disliked about this service is that their are unmentioned extra costs. Like every so often when they do an update they like to charge $2500 for the update and liken it to a new version of Windows. Considering the fact that the version of systems4pt they were wanting us to pay an additional $2500 to upgrade to addressed several issues that were wrong with the prior version, and remember the outstanding initial cost, I was flabbergasted that they had the audacity to try and charge us $2500 more just to get some system glitches fixed. In addition, intially you may not have any hardware issues, but when you do you ARE REQUIRED to purchase your equipment from Systems4pt.....we were w
