Getting what you’ve paid for should not be an unrealistic expectation, particularly when the business owner not only represents themselves as a professional but also as a committed Christian. My experience with B&M Auto Repair has been frustrating and unprofessional. The first impression was extraordinary. Mr. Brian McKinney, owner of B&M Auto Repair, represented himself and his business with directness and integrity. Rarely do you encounter business’ that proudly proclaim to love and serve God. Boldly proclaiming to honor God with his life, business, and service to others was refreshing and inspiring. However, very shortly after services were rendered, it became very clear that the initial impression was a great misrepresentation. After a long drawn out process it has been determined that B&M Auto Repairs misrepresented nearly every aspect of service that he was paid for. B&M lied about the service that was rendered, the purchase, the place which the purchase was made, and about the warranty that was provided. After repeated returned visits, for services that were supposed to be under the warranty, we were charged. I would have been charged more frequently if I hadn’t objected each time he suggested a fee for the returned visits. We consistently received contradicting information, from pricing, to the parts required to complete the repair, to identifying and correcting the repair.
