Current Manager takes job to serious. Permits neighbors to watch ur home and famiily. u can only build a fence three feet high. No play area for kids. They raised rent again. Manager screams, and gets in personal buisness of tenants. Very noisy,no privacy and very rude to tenants. I wouldnt move here.
