I agree with everyone on this towing company. They ripped our company off, I wish I saw this review before I hired them. There are much better than these guys. They had there towing guy come out and he couldn't even speak, he told my two guys that I have this problem because I drank to much moonshine and smoke weed until blood was coming out of my mouth and back end. When he showed up he didnt even know how to hook up the so called Computer that Carl (Carl is a complete tool!) told us he did. My guys watched him and he took an ohm meter out and couldnt even do that right. Then he took all the back roads to tow the vehicle to Tommies, when they got to Tommies it was basically a junk yard . Then we had then tow it to the cummins in summerville. The tow truck driver towed it through the back roads and took it to Freightliner instead of Cummins. By the time this 2-hours ordeal was done Carl hit us up for $1,200.00 for nothing. Towing it a total of maybe 60 miles tops. HE said we had to charge you because of the computer hook up. I said he didnt hook a computer up to it, because the ELD was on it. HE basically called me a liar and told the tow truck driver to not drop the truck and bring it back to there place to hold the truck. I had to get our owner on the phone and he wouldn't accept a credit card payment, he made our owner wire transfer the money then he dropped the truck. When we had the truck repaired they confirmed his tow truck driver never hooked up the so called computer
