Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Women's Self-Defense, and Children's BJJ instruction Affiliated with the prestigious International Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Association, we teach our students how to defend themselves in realistic self-defense situations. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu allows a smaller person to defeat a larger opponent with a sophisticated blend of leverage and technique. By gaining superior position and applying chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations, BJJ students can defeat their opponents without having to rely on striking. We offer a flexible schedule with afternoon, night and weekend classes. We also employ full time instructors who encourage positive relationships, discipline, confidence and self-respect.
