Old World Ceramics was founded in 1989, we import and distribute hand made, hand painted ceramic tiles from Europe.
In 1989, Jonathan B. Le Comte started Old World Ceramics Inc. as an importer of 300-400 year old antique Dutch tiles and murals. This enabled Jon to start a relationship with the Delft factory as well as several other Dutch restoration and reproduction companies. This simple beginning grew into a full service wholesale tile distribution company.
