NO ONE AT PAYCHEX CARES ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND PAYROLL! RUN LIKE THEY HAVE COVID-19, A BUNCH OF LIARS AND INCOMPETANT MANAGERS. YOU SHOULD NOT USE PAYCHEX IF IT IS THE LAST OPTION ON EARTH. I WOULD GIVEN -5 STARS IF POSSIBLE. THEY STATE THEY GIVE SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS THE FREEDOM TO SUCCEED AND NOT WORRY ABOUT PAYROLL. BUT QUITE THE CONTRARY THEY MAKE YOU STRESS AND WORRY MORE THAN IF YOU DID IT YOURSELF. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ANYWHERE FOR ANYTHING. HIGHLY NOT-RECOMMENDED
