Added charges that should not have been on the bil and were fraudulant l.They made me pay bill before evem seeing what i was paying for . They operate out of a closed in fence around a travel trailer as ttheir office. And demanded cash payment which is illegal and doesnt meet the minimum requirements for a tow business on city limits or with any state or county contract. After my experience and seeing other reviews you wil not want to use Joes towing of georgetown De for anything at all . .
