Hampstead Medical Billing is a full service medical billing service specializing in, but not limited to, Gastroenterology and Podiatry, since 1993.
We are a fully recognized trading partner with Medicare and submit claims electronically to them and all other insurance companies that are set up to receive claims in that fashion. All other claims, including secondary payors not crossed over by Medicare, are sent on CMS-1500 forms. We receive next day reports from the insurance companies that receive claims electronically, which allows us a 24 hour turnaround if a claim is rejected for any reason.
