We are a fully recognized trading partner with Medicare and submit claims electronically to them and all other insurance companies that are set up to receive claims in that fashion. All other claims, including secondary payors not crossed over by Medicare, are sent on CMS-1500 forms. We receive next day reports from the insurance companies that receive claims electronically, which allows us a 24 hour turnaround if a claim is rejected for any reason. Insurance receivables are followed up on a monthly basis. Patient statements are sent out monthly. We are not a collection service, therefor, we do not call patients to collect money owed by them. Our toll free number appears on their statements for any billing questions. We do provide you with reports so you can monitor which patients have balances. Our proven way of doing business assures you to receive your payments from Medicare two weeks from the date of claim submission and one to three weeks for electronic claim recipients
