I love Dr. Pratt, but his office staff made me question the overall care. Today, I called to get ahold of a patient I recommended to Dr. Pratt who was in the office with him when I called. The girl who answered the phone yelled, then hung up. I needed to speak with the office and contact the patient with the patient in office, so I called back and she again went off. Previous to this, I'd only had good experience there. I post this because nobody should ever be treated this way, especially in a professional capacity or patient facility.
