A patient advocacy since 2003 helping those who can not afford to buy prescriptions get them through US drug manufacturer's patient asst programs. Freedom Prescription Services is a Non-Profit Corporation that helps low income individuals of ALL AGES, with & without drug benefits, enroll and receive prescriptions at low to no cost through U.S. Drug Manufacturer's Patient Assistance Programs. Our services include: Completing the initial applications for the patients. Faxing the applications directly to the doctor's offices for completion. Reviewing & mailing the completed applications, along with other required docs to the drug assistance programs. Tracking applications & drug shipments. Refilling & Re-enrolling the patients in each program, when it is time to do so.
