In a normal case my attorney fees are: Chapter 7-$2,500, Chapter 13-$3,400. In addition, court costs for a Chapter 7 case are $299, while for a Chapter 13 they are $279. Both cases require a credit report of around $50 per person and bankruptcy debtors are also required to purchase and attend two internet or telephone classes of around $50 per person each class.
