Freddy Rodriguez is the type of contractor you hope not to run into. He was hired to do a renovation project for an investment property. He does not deliver what he originally agreed to. He takes the money, does what he want and gives you what is cheaper. He is argumentative and very disrespectful when conversations are had around what needs to be corrected. He does not prioritize deadlines. He cuts alot of corners that ends up costing time when inspection is needed and become more costly to correct on the back end. He only has a crew working 1 -3 days out the week sometimes no one shows up for the week. He also refuses to hand over architectural plans when he was terminated. He can be very childish, petty and a money hungry individual. He did not complete the project. This experience was very negative and a one star rating is too high for this purpose
