The arrangements by this company is a 'WOW", I've been using this company for many years and I've never been disappointed by the caliber of work that is presented. The flowers are always fresh and the arrangements are excellent. The prices are affordable and Ms. Grace will work with you no matter how small the job...way to go FLOWERS BY GRACE.

Zero stars if it were an option.I had gotten flowers from this shop once before and they were not the same as online. I let it go, it wasn't too far off. So for Mother's Day I chose an all purple arrangement with a purple container online. My mother sent me a picture of them, containing pink and other colors with a white container. Again, it was supposed to be ALL purple my mother loves purple. So I called they claimed it was a mix up. They agreed to send out another arrangement. It was wrong again. They argued with me like my mother and I were color blind. I say my mother because after I called again stating it was still wrong and they offered a refund, they called my mother and told her they were going to come get the flowers! I called them she said "Well yeah if you are getting your money back I will get my flowers back!" Who conducts business this way. After I told them no just leave the charge they started laughing. I asked if it was funny to them and they replied "Very funny!".
