I want to express my sincere thanks for the second system installation Hi-Fi Sales completed for us. I’ll be recommending my friends and family to Hi-Fi Sales for the following reasons: 1. Installation team was clean and pleasant. Hi-Fi Sales only sends professionals who take pride in their work. Not the teenagers we’ve seen from the big-box retailers. 2. After my purchase and through the installation your team was accessible to answer my questions and proactively reached out to me with detailed updates and status reports. 3. Hi-Fi Sales went above and beyond to make it right. Painting speaker grills to match my walls, cutting metal brackets to fit in tight spaces, and even building a custom stand for a sub-woofer. This would never happen w/ any other organizations. 4. The total experience was perfect. I’m happy to know that businesses are still run with pride. I've been working with Hi Fi Sales for over 15 years. They have provided equipment and installation help in both of my houses. You won't find a better group of advisers and installers anywhere. Dave and George, the owners, are hands on and make sure you are satisfied. They also installed my security camera system at my business which has been a great addition to my security system. Their installers do meticulous work with wiring and installation. I couldn't be happier. These guys are top notch! I give them my highest recommendation for anything having to do with audio/visual, security and system integration.

Love these guys at Hi-Fi Sales. I was a little intimidated walking into the store and not knowing exactly what I needed, as I'm usually a bargain hunter and know exactly what I need, but my boyfriend wanted a media room with bells and whistles and 7 something surround sound that he could control with his phone. Dave and his guys were amazing. They helped us put into words (and action!) what it was that we were looking for. They worked within our budget and complete the update on time. I'm not really a audio nerd, but I do know that when my friends walk in and I touch my iPad and a screen and a projector come down outta the ceiling, they are very impressed. Would I do it again? HECK yeah!!! It's one of the best things about owning a home. Money well spent!
