This company (Diversified Recovery) should never be used for anything, they have drivers who dont know how to do their jobs (tow vehicles) and the owner Matt is a lier. Our car was towed at the beginning of February the tow driver pulled the car with the front wheels on the ground and it's AWD not in neutral and they didn't not use a dolly or a flatbed wich caused as of now over 2000$ in drivertrain damage not to mention we've had to rent a car for 3 weeks. But after attempting to contact them for 3 weeks and nothing but ringing and then saying the line was out of service we finally get ahold of Matt and he says we have to make an insurance claim because his company was not at fault. Just giving everyone a heads up, I've already contacted the bank who hired this company and have contacted the BBB

Jessica, the phone representative, was very rude and nasty when I requested to get my property out of a vehicle. While I understand the miscommunication on the lender's paperwork, I am still entitled to obtain my belongings as soon as available. The vehicle was supposed to be surrendered but instead was repoed without warning. I tried to explain to Jessica that I had documentation stating otherwise and that we should have been notified of the pick up so the vehicle could be cleaned out. Jessica was hostile and uninterested in assisting me. She refused to contact the driver, would not provide his information, and stated that he would contact me when SHE felt like giving him the information. Even after contacting my lawyer, she refused to provide the information to him also. I don't conduct business that way! I do believe some cases in this field cause for such a hateful attitude. However, Jessica should be taught better tactics on how to handle situations under stress. It is still a "customer sevice" position! I was very dissatisfied with my interactions with this company. AND I still don't have my property!

I recently had an interaction with this company involving my car. I saw my car being put on the tow truck and actually spoke to the two men towing it. They were not rude at all and actually provided me with quite a bit of reassurance and suggestions what to do next & where to call and where they were from. That same day, I fortunately was able to pay and have my vehicle released. Each person I dealt with was professional to me. I had googled the company before going to get my car and seeing the reviews on here I was terrified. However it was the exact opposite experience. They were doing their job, my car was fine and I did inspect it first before I signed their paper confirming its condition was no different than before they possessed it. Not everyone will have this experience and dealing with this is scary. So I felt I needed to post a positive review. I also asked the lady to have me my car to tell the men who towed the car "thank you" for their behavior to me in such a very unpleasant experience. I do suggest to anyone to always check their vehicle before signing a paper-that's my only issue is that I had to ask for that option. Otherwise, nothing bad to say and the people I interacted with through this company treated me considerately.

If you want your personal property back after a repo then do not use this company. We went to pick up our property when our vehicle was repoed and half our stuff was missing including a bowl that was giving to me when my mom passed. Filed the paper work need and was told would hear something in 2 weeks it has now been 3 months and I can't even get a return phone call. Every time I call and ask for Matt I am told he is out or unavaible leave a messege and nothing. I know that if this was their stuff they would like it back. Some things you can not replace. Is this how you run a business. The ladys that answer the phone lines are very rude. I hope know one from this company ever gets treated this bad. They also dragged my vehicle about 20 feet with the front end locked up.

Bad experience. It's one thing to take a vehicle but to take a purse, debit cards, cash and even the device that must be used with a heart implant is wrong. This item is needed for a life threatening event. Have been calling and on hold for 3 hours straight to get the device back. Calls were all during working hours. No answer only recording. Vehicle was paid for within 2 hrs of tow and if something happens with her heart and we do not have that device I will hold it against this company.
