Not a good system for restaurants - inadequate in all aspects and product delivers only headaches. It's slow, not designed for your restaurant, the installation & training is incomplete, there's constant system crashes (just installed), programming is incomplete and doesn't work for a full service restaurant and overall slows down service. Very challanging for staff, not user friendly, hard to learn and the list goes on. Stay away from this unless you're a pizza parlor or a convenience store!

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Revention. The company helped to build and create a better more efficient inventory management process for my lounge. Over the course of a year, their customer support and training allowed for me to train my management staff properly on the system, while giving me more free time to enjoy with my three beautiful children and wonderful wife. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 9.75; higher than ANYOTHER POS system on the market. WE LOVE YOU REVENTION!
