To whom it may concern: I just wanted to thank V&C Technology, Inc. on their efforts and sincerity in successfully helping our company out in a critical situation that could have easily crippled our company. V&C Technology, Inc. went above and beyond to get these electronic components to our Manufacturing Facility in Dallas, Texas in less than 24 hours and even hand delivered them due to the urgency. It was because of V&C Technology’s extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that we were able to keep our assembly line up and running. We sincerely appreciate V&C Technology’s Inc. hard work and dedication to our company over the years. V&C Technology deserves to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of our company. Very Sincerely, David Humphry President Corporate Headquarters Dallas, Tx
