First of all it is a great product, This is my third one in 12 years and only because my wife keeps wanting to move and new models come out. The first one iooked like an edsel front bumper, 2nd was the dishmaster 2000. and now we moved again ant the newest model is really great. I love it. I don't understand why everyone does not own one. I have only had one problem in the 12 years and the company helped me on the phone immediatly and shipped me a replacement part next day at no charge.
