I got the screen for my laptop fixed last month at the Falcon location in downtown Hilo, HI. I can't remember the man's name who helped me- he was tall, short hair, couple tattoos... the problem with my laptop was tricky and it took a couple attempts but it has been working great. He was extremely understanding, helpful and gave me a great deal. I had a good experience and just wanted to thank him and Falcon again. Aloha!
