They installed our septic system 10 years ago...we are having problems with it...so my husband dug up the pipe leading to the tank, they were installed going up hill and there is very little or no glue on any of the connections. (my husband is a sprinkler man and glues pipe every day) We called the company they were hours late and the boss Mr. Richards said he would be out and he never showed up. We had them drain the tanks which I wanted to use Skyline they are less expensive and were great for the rental septic service, great customer service. Richards is expensive $700 for a two tank pump and we dug up the tanks and had them open. I will not recommend them, the son of Mr. Richards when we said that Mr. Richards said he was coming out, said "He must have lied" Beware
