We serve developmentally disabled adults, and children over the age of 16. We serve developmentally disabled adults, and children over the age of 16. As needed we coordinate vocational transition from the public school system into the ADVP program. We provide evaluation, education and habilitation to qualified consumers. Services are provided in an atmosphere that promotes person center planning, choice and inclusion in the community programs where possible. Services currently provided are ADVP, DDA Group Home, Developmental Therapy and CAP MR/DD (Community Alternative Program). All planning and development are person centered based and outcome evaluated.
