Paul Davis Restoration of Maine - Portland Office managed a complete restoration of our 1938 Cape in 2014. Our damage was extensive so the process was lengthy as expected. We cannot recommend the Portland Office high enough. Director, Mark, was professional, personable and approachable. Mark took a personal interest in our project and made several site visits. The appointed management teams were always accessible when we had questions, patient and attentive to our requests and professional in their management skills. No detail was overlooked. The clean-up, furnishings removal and demo crews contracted by Manager, Greg, arrived on site the very first day and quickly assessed the damage and began clean-up/dry out procedures. The restoration contractor, Donna, was professional and listened to all our concerns and made sure every detail of the restoration was performed with perfection. Her detail oriented management skills and eye for application and symmetry is beyond reproach and assured us we would have the finished product we desired. We highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration of Maine, Portland Office and would not hesitate to call upon Mark and his team again should the need arise. We are so happy our Insurance Company recommended them.
