I would not recommend using Hotwire Communications for your community and would have your community find another company to do business with. I had the same experience as Darius and so has everyone in my building. They change the channels on your line-up without notice and then will lie to you about it. After nearly a month of following up every day my community's associate only returned my call when I called back furious at their negligence. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing or restoring our community's channels I was refused the right to speak with a supervisor, cursed at, hung up on from the block number he called on. When I called back Hotwire's general number to file a complaint he began calling again frantically. We're still missing the HBO channels we paid for since the week before Christmas. If you want to do business with a company that cuts your channels and treats you like garbage days befor Christmas and New Years then sure go for it. If you like customer service or reliable service switch to xfinity or another provider. You were warned.

Hotwire communications does poor business. The company changes customer's cable packages and increases prices without providing notice. I have been forced to buy this service in my condominum complex because Hotwire is the exclusive provider. I would not recommend this cable company to anyone. I thought Comcast was bad at my previous home, but Hotwire has Comcast beat by miles in poor quality and service.
