I am a residential customer. Have been doing business with Bayside H&A/C for several years. They are reliable and always have sent trained and proficient techs to do the work. Latest experience was unusual in that there was a leak in the line set that appeared to have been caused someone walking on the line. Since there were about a dozen other condenser units in the enclosure it was impossible to determine who was responsible for the damage or when it occurred . But since Bayside had recently done work for another customer in this area they assumed responsibility for the problem and made all repairs without charge. I did not have to make any calls nor request this accommodation. Bayside just stepped up to the plate and did what they believed was the right thing to do. Highly recommend this company.
