This was my third time doing business with this guy. Third time, he pulled a scandalous move. I should’ve listened to a mutual friend that forewarned me of his unethical and unprofessional behavior. First, my insurance company tried submitting payment to him, which we were informed that he has liens against him. Therefore, my insurance company had to make check payable to me, then I paid him. However, Kendall (owner with liens against him) wouldn’t start the repairs on my car until he received the cash in full. Now I understand why. He purchased the cheapest paint and the wrong paint. When I picked up my car, it was two different colors. I have pics to prove it. Then, he broke my gas cap but told me he fixed it the way it should be. He broke it previously and claimed he’ll fix it. Nope, broke it totally this time. Not to mention, now my trunk will not lock st all. I’ve never had these issues. My car is a 2016 Q50 Infinty, brand new when I purchased it. I’m the only owner and take great care of my car. I text Kendall about these issues and he ignored my text. I suggest you stay away from this shop. Doesn’t have liens against him for nothing. And, changes his business name and phone number like he changes his underwear.
