A severe rodent infestation triggered respiratory issues, constant headaches, nausea, and even caused the whites of my eyes to turn yellow. My wife had the same symptoms-she'd feel fine at work, but within 30 minutes of being home, they hit her hard. The pattern was undeniable and deeply alarming. She hired a guy from Marshalltown to come and repair underside and the man, had to repair so many holes leading into the mobile home. 8 hours. Our symptoms matched those of Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome, a deadly disease carried by rodents. We broke our lease to protect our health. Despite showing photo evidence in court, management (led by Marge) sued us-and won. This place isn't just mismanaged-it's dangerous. If you value your health and rights as a tenant, steer clear. Safer options exist in Polk and Jasper County. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions based on documented events.
