Beware of Factory Expo of Chandler AZ unethical escrow money policies! They seize your "good faith" money and even provide a Black Hole account to loose even more, whether any service or product is provided. The company is a home manufacturer. They kept my $7K down payment money even though I could not obtain a mortgage loan. The project was never started. They offered prevarication and stalling tactics but no refund.
