Would never trust this company/owners based on direct experience in renting a home from them.Property not maintained, carpet beetles infested in home, AC never worked upstairs? Temperatures would approach 90 degrees upstairs.
Had home professionally cleaned, and carpets professionally cleaned upon move out. The home was left in perfect condition. No response regarding our deposit of $1070. No reply what so ever. NEVER do business with these jerks. They'll tell you they're Christians......must be in name only.
