I had contacted Gary when I was out of town for a weekend and a tenant had a broken washer. He was able to quickly help out by coordinating with the tenant and I to get over to make an assessment & emergency repair. I am very impressed & happy that he was able to determine that it was repairable and quickly got parts ordered and returned for a satisfied tenant and myself, who was watching the unit for the owner who was out of the country. We were prepared to replace the unit if necessary, but glad for his professional experience and integrity! Not found always in many businesses and industry these days. He is a great reflection of the family name I dealt with previously with his father & brother. I would highly recommend anyone looking for appliances to consider him or at least have him come repair and maintain your existing stuff to make it last longer and operate ad it should. Mike
