I have decided to end my relationship with Dr. savella and seek treatment elsewhere due to his nasty unprofessional, verbally combative receptionist who feels the need to berate and belittle just about everyone she speaks to on the phone and in her presence. Everyone in the waiting room sits in disbelief hearing her bark about patients and everything else under the sun. this woman should be fired for her behavior. I've never seen anyone like this anywhere. The other receptionists sit and watch her carry on and can't stop her. I see by the reviews above I am not the only one who has had to deal with this women who clearly has issues. I think she needs a psychiatric evaluation. The doctor is a kind man but I refuse to deal with this abuse. I had her call me a liar after stating I had called to cancel an appointment and then later she gave the excuse that I called but didn't give the date of the appointment I wanted to cancel - asking me what should she have done look it up!!!?? She continued screaming asking me for a missed appointment fee. I can't believe Dr. Savella would ask anyone to go after someone in this manner or give the okay to scream at them over the phone like this woman did to me and does anytime I hear her on the phone in that office. It's a neurology office people suffer from all types of issues, I can't believe this type of behavior is healthy for the patients, she could cause someone a stroke or seizure - I wish I was over reacting but I'm not. Sorry
