DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company 2 years ago to repair a tub chip caused by a plumber who was replacing my shower valve at that time. The original work was great ( I was charged $235.00), however 2 years later the repair started cracking and with in 2 weeks, the repair patch popped out. I called the company on Sept. 6, 2019 @ 1:09 pm and spoke to a 'Sherry' and made an appointment for Sept. 30 (today) for a tech to return and take look and see why this happened. The tech determined that there was no 'owner abuse' of the tub surface (nothing I did wrong) and that it looks like the repair just failed. I was told I would be charged ANOTHER $235.00 to repair their failed work. I made it clear that I shouldn't have to pay for failed work. At this point, I could buy another brand new tub for this cost! While on the phone with 'Sherry', the tech told her that I wouldn't accept this additional charge and her response was, " Well, tell her GOODBYE!" THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY HANDLES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE which is in complete contradiction to their claims on their website. I was verbally told that their 'warranty' was ONLY 1 YEAR, however, there is NOTHING in writing that pertains to this. What a shame how this company behaves. They clearly DO NOT CARE about their reputation, customers, good will nor back up their own work. They only care about the almighty dollar. BUYER BEWARE!
