This company does do great work when they actually show up. We signed our contract in May 2024. They started work in August 2024 and as of today, we still do not have a completed pool. They have rescheduled work on us on multiple occasions. We are finally at the last phase and waiting on concrete. Eric told us we were scheduled for concrete on 2/27/25. My husband had to check in with him and he said concrete is scheduled for 3/4/25. My husband just talked to Eric who said they're not ready for concrete on 3/4/25. They should really reconsider who schedules these projects. We were initially projected to have our pool completed in September 2024. It is now March 2025 and we still don't have a completed pool. Like I said, we like their product, but their project management simple terrible! However, they're quick to come pick up their payment checks! Eric cashed our final check and yet we don't have a finished project. He is now stating due to rain, however, had they showed up on 2/27 as he initially stated, our project would have been done! He can make it to be bank timely, but can't schedule his work timely. Eric is now stating to my husband that the concrete will be poured on 3/13-3/14, which now that they have our last payment, who's to say there won't be another delay. We can't trust this company to finish the work.
