We import from Asia about once a year. We've used Agape for a few shipments. Never have their bids been correct. They always want extra money at the end of it all. But, because they have possession of the shipment, you have to pay it. This time we asked them to bid 2 shipments leaving China at the same time. One FOB, one EXW. The specifics of each shipment was provided at the time of the bid. They wanted to add hundreds more BEFORE they picked up the EXW shipment. We then asked them to provide a more correct, transparent bid. The response was I wasn't aware that one of you shippers is ex works term and the other one is FOB. It's ok. Pls remove me from your bid. Thank you. Seriously? I responded but to no avail. Terribly incompetent and unprofessional.
