I want to let people know to make 100% sure you go over every single detail about the jacket you order. Due to the Manager, Lindsey, being rude, condescending, pushy and impatient wanting us to hurry up, my Son's jacket was done wrong. When asked about it she made excuses and never offered to fix it. If I wasn't rushed and order not taken by someone who was new to taking orders (in training) I would have assured every detail was on the jacket was correct. Also, we were told my jacket was going to be done by a certain date and was not. However, after multiple attempts, they had someone meet me and get me the jacket done in time for my Son's bday. Never once did she apologize or take accountability that she never contacted us (or show proof of) which is BAD customer service! I will never do business with them again and if I'm asked by other high school parents, I will let them know to go somewhere else or warned them about Lindsey.
