Assisting individuals with meeting the challenges surrounding mental illness, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders with grace, dignity and hope. The Gallatin Mental Health Center (GMHC), a division of Western Montana Mental Health Centers, offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare to Gallatin County that emphasizes education, treatment, advocacy and recovery. GMHC offers comprehensive services including crisis response team, emergency detention, crisis stabilization, medication management, outpatient therapy, psychological testing, peer support, drop-in-center, community-based psychiatric rehabilitation, case management, homeless outreach and supported housing. GMHC staff utilizes a variety of evidenced-based practices and approaches to ensure quality, substantiated support. Through integrated, collaborative efforts, the GMHC team provides diagnosis, evaluation, assessment, ongoing treatment and referral.
