The company had an item listed on eBay and I emailed them to confirm it could get to me ASAP- I needed it for an event the following week. I received a response within minutes and was very pleased to see they could do it. I went through with the sale and the product arrived the next day. I was amazed. Never had I received something so quickly- responses to my emails and products in the mail. Selection, price, and delivery were top-notch.
I opened the package and saw it was the incorrect color, so I emailed again and the company rep apologized right away and promised a replacement sent immediately. The very next business day I received it. I was completely floored. Not only did the company take care of me right away, they did so with perfect communication and a cheerful disposition.
I called them to thank them for correcting the error and to promise my future business. If you're buying binding coils, this is the only place on earth that delivers so well. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, CFS!
