how can a leadership on the hsc job site fire a fitter for putting in the wrong 2"gaset when he was on the upper floors putting in two 6" gaset by hisself when this leadershiask him t go to the frist floor and hel a fitter of 20 years put in a 2"gaset and when he gat there the gaset was already replace by that same fitter and a hsc worker and the fitter went back to the upper floor to finsh his work when this strong leadership came and fired him for putting in the wrong gaset he knew nothing about this fitter was fitting and the welder a white male who father was hire in went to the gf eric and foreman sippy also the Qc all the ones in the leadership and they take a native anmerican off the fitting and put the father with the son and there you have the superattned will who has his brother has Gf under him theres alot more now why was this man a fitter of 26 years ask to go help a fitter of 20 years put in a 2"gaset and why in this site were all the leaders in the office and on the job site all white and why was this man the fitter made to be moved from a white welder and place in a area were there was blacks and indiana workers was the now this fitter was fired for a said 2" gaset he had nothing to do with and why want hr give him copys of the statements these leader and people has wrote against him,he was no fool cause he was a foreman on the same job site with another company so he recorded what had happen let him have the statements and compare with the recording end lies
