I just recently had my mower serviced/repaired by Hayes Small Engine ... they found bent blades and replaced them. And now my mower does what it's supposed to do better than it's ever done, even when it was brand new. I've had problems with this particular mower for years, since I first bought it ... it would throw belts for no obvious reason, and it's battery failed on me. I originally thought that I had chosen poorly when I chose a Troy-Built mower, or that I had managed to acquire the biggest "lemon" on the planet. But since my last repair, this mower has performed even better than when it was brand new! These folks know there stuff, and will make your life easier. Just a shout-out to the service team .... you guys have made my life WORLDS easier, and less expensive! Thank you! :0
