Well as an owner of a business unfortunately I have to do this.first I like to start by saying Marlon the sales rep is a great guy but UNFORTUNATELY his boss that his name on my work order # 96188 ROY GREENBERG is a different story.On feb 19th 2013 I purchased 2 StairMaster used units the same day they delivered one of the units doesn't work.Now its been over a month I am waiting for them to send me the parts or exchange it NOTHING DONE so far as off today . This week I went back I was planning to buy some spin bikes .So Marlon was kind enough to take me to there new warehouse so we want have problems with the delivery of units not being in working or acceptable conditions so this way he said he can tag them with a green sticker so its a done deal. Well i get a call today saying that the ones he tag now his boss ROY GREENGERG cant do it for the price we agreed upon $300 per bike now he wants $600 per bike .WOW REALLY thats a great switch and bate sales tactics .Everyone who is reading this I am a real person My name is Manny Kaye you can contact me to verify my statement is welcomed . I SUGGEST NEVER DO buss with this company they are not Honest people. I guess that's how they like to make money. I hope there boss is reading this and understand my frustration and disappointment.
