Steven Mathis
Steve and Jeff responded immediately to our location. Both were courteous and informative. A competitor charged us for a circuit card to fix our problem which was ice and frost accumulation in our bottom shelf freezer. The circuit card may have been bad, but the service technician from the competitor failed to inform us that a clogged drain line was also a contributor to the issue. Steve and Jeff made us aware of this instantly and quickly resolved the problem. My wife and I both wish to pass along our thanks for their professional services. I have nominated AAA for the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics and Integrity.
