Don and his team are wonderful people! I have been renting an apartment with AIM Properties and never encountered any problems. I have rented from Aim properties for two years now. I recently had something happen with the kitchen sink, and when I called in they sent someone to handle it immediately. Whoever answered the phone was very helpful and sent someone to the house that day. It's so nice living in a place where the landlords take care of their tenants.
