This company and company owner Kent are a big fraud. First he comes with his spiritual quotes sounding like he is a good Christian and giving you bible quotes how he is a good person but he is far from that. He was suppose to install a pool which took 3 years but still could not finish and had to get another company to finish it. Kent will ignore your calls, tell you all kinds of stories why he can't come and do a bad job. The pool started cracking and there was leaks everywhere. Stay away from Kent and IN2hT0

Unfortunately the company is not reliable and unresponsive. I am the 2nd person to make the complaint about calling and texting the owner, Kent; with no response. The liner began separating less than 3 months after the install, in a FEW locations. Now at 5 months ago, the liner is not only separating; the pool is emptying out. The water goes lower than the 3 jets overnight. Leading to more issues with the system. The repairs behind this installed liner will now have to be done by another company. Angry and disappointed.
