Not a very dependable employer. They tend to hire people for 2 or 3 weeks and then have a layoff. AFG claims that their lines go down and need to be repaired. If the equipment is that bad, their product can’t be very good. Maybe that’s why the struggle. Union is pretty ineffective. It’s really a bad place to work.
