If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. This company is a joke. Bought a Groupon, hoping my husband & I could see fall foliage from above for our 5th anniversary. A couple days later, I called the number on the voucher. A man answered, & I made a reservation for 10/20 in the afternoon. He was very unprofessional - tried to discourage me from the afternoon flight since the afternoon wind tends to cause him to have to cancel them. (Why offer them in the afternoon then?) I explained that we like to sleep in on our days off, so we would prefer an afternoon flight anyway. He then proceeded to say that if the flight was cancelled, I should keep trying, & "don't go running to Groupon asking for a refund cuz that just gets annoying". The morning of 10/20, I called the number as instructed, & the recorded msg said the afternoon flight was cancelled due to wind. A few days later, called same number to try to set up another date. Recorded msg said to go to website & fill out online form, & wait for confirmation. I did as instructed, never received a call or email confirmation. 1-2 wks later, I called number again, & this time left a msg saying that I had submitted a booking request online, but had not gotten any confirmation. Left my info, never heard back. Called again 11/6, left another msg. Still have not heard back. How am I supposed to trust my life & my husband's in a hot air balloon being controlled by a man who apparently cannot even operate a phone?

Beautiful! You need to do this, you will not regret it. This is an amazing experience owned by some wonderful people (Mark)! This was my first balloon ride and was a little nervous. I cannot imagine my first experience going any better. I was very comfortable with the instructions that were given and felt very safe in the balloon's basket. The views from the balloon were amazing! I cannot wait to go again!
